ISBS PGDM upholds a commitment to a safe learning environment, forming an Internal Complaints Committee (IC) in accordance with AICTE's guidelines. The institution actively disseminates information on sexual harassment prevention and consequences through its notice boards. Regular open talks during the Staff Meetings sensitize officers, faculty, and students, fostering awareness of rights and responsibilities. ISBS PGDM is dedicated to ensuring all members feel respected and free from harassment, fostering an inclusive and secure academic atmosphere.
