INDIRA COMMON ADMISSION
PROCESS (PGDM) 2023-24

Post Graduate Diploma in Management (AICTE Approved 2 years full time PGDM Course) The two-year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is an AICTE approved PGDM Autonomous course. The PGDM course has been designed considering the Industry requirements and gives the students a head start in the chosen functional area. Special Topics in the PGDM Syllabus include the latest updates and developments to make the student industry ready. The PGDM specialization is taken up in the second semester to ensure that the studies on the functional area of the student get maximum duration of the program.

Stage 1: Registration for ICAP

Candidates will fill up the ICAP online registration form for GD, PI, and Counseling, available on www.icap.indiraisbs.ac.in & www.indiraisbs.ac.in

Stage 2 – GD /PI and Counseling Process

Candidates will be required to be present in their choice of the city for ICAP process of GD, PI and Counseling.

The GD, Pl and Counseling will be held in the following cities:

Maharashtra Madhya Pradesh Uttar Pradesh Chattisgarh Rajasthan Gujrat Bihar Jharkhand Bangal Odisha
Pune, NagpurIndore, Jabalpur, Bhopal, Gwalior Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi Raipur, Bhilai Jaipur, Udaipur, Kota Ahmedabad, Surat Patna Ranchi Kolkata Bhubaneswar

  • Indira School of Business Studies PGDM reserves the right to change or allot a city other than the one requested by the candidates in the event of feasibility and circumstance beyond its control
  • While we are keen to have the admission process in all the centers mentioned above, we reserve the right to cancel any of the Centers depending upon the contingencies and such information will be conveyed to candidates well in advance throud CAP website and such candidates can enroll in the center closest to their city.
  • The addresses of other locations, reporting Date &time and other related details will be conveyed to the students through the ICAP and 1585 PGDM websites in the month of March 2023,

Stage 3: Merit List for Admission

The merit list for admission will be displayed on the institute’s website and campus. The dates for the same will be intimated through the institute’s website.

FEES PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR PGDM COURSE:

1st year

On admission Confirmation: 1, 00, 000 /-

1st Installment: INR 1,55,000 on or before 31st Aug 2024

2nd Installment: INR 1,55,000 on or before 30th Sept 2024

3rd Installment: INR 1,00,000 on or before 31st Oct 2024

2nd year - INR 3,10,000 to be paid on or before 30th June 2025

Note:Cancellation of Admission and refund of Fees will be as per AICTE Policy.

Cancellation and refund policy

As per AICTE Guidelines (Reference: AICTE Guidelines No. – AICTE/Legal/04(01)/2007) Process of refund of tuition, development, and other fees after cancellation of admission secured through CAP rounds, Institute level round(s) and vacancy round(s) of admission: The candidate, who has been provisionally admitted, may cancel admission by submitting an application for cancellation in duplicate, in the prescribed format and may request for refund of fee. The refund of fee as applicable shall be made in due course. It is made clear that such an application for cancellation will be considered if and only if the admission is confirmed by paying the prescribed tuition fee and other fees in full and by submitting the original documents. Refund shall be made after deduction of the cancellation charges as shown:

**For calculation of the Cancellation Charges on a pro-rata basis, one month shall be treated as one-unit e. g. If the candidate cancels admission on the third day i.e., within one month after the start of the academic session & the seat is filled before the cut-off date, Cancellation charges on a pro-rata basis will be the higher amount of (Entire fee) / 12 or Rs.1000/-

RESIDENTIAL FACILITY IS AVAILABLE FOR GIRLS:
