ISBS PGDM ICAP 2024 - 25 Merit List

Admission Notification


All Candidates seeking Admission to INDIRA SCHOOL OF BUSINESS STUDIES PGDM (ISBS PGDM) for the academic year 2024-25 for PGDM Program. Please READ each point very carefully to avoid any error of omission on your part.

INDIRA SCHOOL OF BUSINESS STUDIES PGDM offers AICTE approved PGDM

Program with a sanctioned intake of 480 seats. Out of 480 seats, 20% seats will be filled through the Management Quota process.

The Candidates Merit List is displayed as per absolute score secured by them out of 480 in the ICAP 2024 process.

Schedule for Merit list display other than management quota.

  • First merit list (along with waiting list) on 19th June 2024
  • Second Merit List on 26th June 2024
  • Notification for vacant seat process on 3rd July 2024

All candidates short-listed in the 1st Merit List and willing to take admission to INDIRA SCHOOL OF BUSINESS STUDIES PGDM, must contact the institute on or before 5:00 PM, on 25th June 2024 and confirm their admissions.

Candidates need to pay program fees for confirmation of admission through an online payment link, which will be communicated to students on their Email ID and also through SMS on their registered mobile number. They must pay the first installment of fees of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) through an online ERP link forwarded to them.

The second and final merit list may be displayed depending on vacant seats available after the cut-off date of admission against 1st Merit List. After the cutoff date for admission against the second merit list, the balance vacant seats if any will be filled through the vacant seat process.

Candidates from the 1st and 2nd Merit List who could not confirm admission within the stipulated cut-off dates can apply to the institute for admission against any probable vacant seats after the 3rd July 2024. The notification for institute-level seats will be put out separately in due course of time.

Refunds against cancellation: Refunds shall be processed as per AICTE guidelines.

Documents needed at the time of confirmation of admission are:

  1. 10th standard mark sheet (Attested copy)
  2. 12th standard mark sheet (Attested copy)
  3. Graduation mark sheet (Attested copy). Students whose final year mark sheet is awaited need to get a bonafide certificate from their college.
  4. Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate (Attested copy)
  5. I-Card size recent colour photographs (4 Nos.)
  6. Original as well photocopy of valid score card of entrance exam (CMAT/CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/GMAT/MHCET) as mentioned by candidate at the time of ICAP registration.
  7. Reserved Category candidates who appeared for ICAP-2024 and are willing to take admission must note that at the time of confirming the seat, they must possess and submit all up-to-date valid Caste Certificate, Non-Creamy Layer Certificates (as applicable) for the year 2024-25.
  8. Medical Certificate at the time of reporting to the institute
  9. Since INDIRA SCHOOL OF BUSINESS STUDIES PGDM students will be taken for a structured overseas visit during their course, candidates are advised to apply for their passports immediately. No leave will be granted for this purpose once the academic session commences.

Note: The name of the students, who have not submitted valid entrance scorecard or other critical documents are displayed in the waiting list.
