We at INDIRA strongly believe that “challenges can be converted into opportunities with hard work and an integrated approach.” All student activities are conducted through comprehensive student involvement and participation. We strive to emulate the principles of teamwork and synergy, so as to derive greater benefits. The Student Council is headed by a President, supported by Vice-President and Executive VPs and acts as a guiding system for the Institute’s success. This committee is a representative of students’ body and work collaboratively with management and faculty to give rise to a conducive environment for students’ learning and growth.

• Arohan- E-Cell

  AROHAN- The Entrepreneurship cell has been constituted with the broad purpose of building an entrepreneurship-oriented culture within the institute. The objective is to encourage students to enhance their enterprising skills to benefit the external stakeholders (Industry and Society at large). The cell achieves this by way of providing students with the space, time, training, support, and opportunities to engage with internal and external stakeholders. E Cell organizes a national level Business plan competition every year which gives a platform to students to pitch their Business ideas. This cell also frequently organize various events and activities to nurture entrepreneurial skills among students.

• Invictus- Sports Cell

  At ISBS PGDM we believe in the holistic development of students. Sports plays an active part in the same. We aim to instill a passion for sports amongst students, to provide for everyone’s participation in sports education, coaching, and training so they can learn how to maintain their physical fitness, to increase participants’ interest in the sports community. In order to accomplish these objectives, we hold a variety of tournaments in the following sports: badminton, chess, cricket, basketball, football, table tennis, kabaddi, volleyball, throwball etc. this helps encourage students’ development of physical competence as well as their own physical health and well-being. Students are also encouraged to participate in competitions held by various other external colleges. The committee strives to foster traits like sportsmanship and teamwork. It is intended to serve the community’s interests in competitive sports and other leisure pursuits, including both indoor and outdoor activities.

• Udaan- Cultural Cell

  Udaan the cultural committee of ISBS PGDM holds immense significance in promoting cultural awareness, talent, social integration, personal development, and community engagement. By organizing a wide range of cultural activities and events, the committee enhances the overall college experience, enriches campus life. It plays a pivotal role in shaping an inclusive and vibrant college environment where students can grow academically, personally, and culturally.

The cultural committee at the college serves as a platform for promoting and celebrating diverse cultural traditions, practices, and perspectives.
