Dr. Varsha is a seasoned professor and trainer with a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management and seven years of experience in educating management students. She possesses specialized knowledge in Generative AI and Prompt Engineering, integrating advanced technologies into her teaching practices. Her teaching experience is mainly in orgnizational behaviour, Principles of Managment, HRM and HR Processes. She Works as an Assistant Professor - HR at Indira School of Business Studies PGDM . She has written 6 research papers on various topics from OB & HR,Published in UGC care journals/ National Peer-reviewed journals.
