With an impressive career spanning 28 years, including 14 years in banking and 14 years in academia, I am an Associate Professor at Indira School of Business Management, PGDM, where I specialize in finance, covering subjects like Commercial Banking, Credit Analysis, and Wealth Management. My leadership extends beyond the classroom; I’ve successfully spearheaded the Branding Department for the PGDM program for the past five years, driving innovative strategies that have amplified the institute's visibility and reputation. I also played a pivotal role as the Head of the Examination Department for seven years, streamlining processes and ensuring precision in academic assessments. My academic contributions include award-winning research and authorship of two books, including Fintech Technology in Business Management, reflecting my commitment to advancing financial education. Recognized with multiple awards, including Best Faculty in Branding and international Best Paper accolades, I continue to push boundaries in both academic and institutional excellence.
