She is a commerce graduate & did her dual Post-Graduation in Management (Finance & HR) from Pune University.Her corporate experience has primarily been in the field of IT where she has worked as Business Analyst. She has total teaching experience of 14 years in various management Institutes. She has authored various research papers in National & International conferences. With extensive teaching experience in management, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as Director of Learning and Development & International Collaborations at IGI.
