Notification for all Candidates Seeking Admission to ISBS for PGDM for the academic year 2014-15. Please READ each point very carefully in order to avoid any error of omission on your part.

ISBS offers following courses:

1. Post Graduate Diploma (1st Shift)
2. Post Graduate Diploma (2nd Shift)
3. Post Graduate Diploma (Marketing)

Candidates Merit List is displayed as per their first preference given by them for each of the courses and related scores achieved by them. This Result of ISBS ICAP is for the process held against the vacant seats. Short listed candidates have to confirm their admissions by paying first installment of Rs. 1,00,000/- on or before 15th May 2014. Failing to do so, they will not be eligible for admissions.

In case the candidates did not mention course preference while registration, they will not be deemed to demand any particular course and their names may be included under courses which have seats available or on waiting list or rejected.

Candidates MUST bring their valid score card of national level tests attempted by them at the time of confirming admission. In the absence of such score cards, their admissions will not be confirmed in ISBS.

Candidates confirming admission must carry following payment along with the fees:

  1. DD/Cheque/Cash Rs 1 lakh as first installment of fees
  2. Rs 500 for Admission Form Cash/Cheque/DD
  3. Rs 1000 for Alumni Body Cash/Cheque/DD
  4. Rs 2000 as refundable deposit Cash/Cheque/DD
  5. Rs 500 for licensed antivirus for their laptop Cash/Cheque/DD
  6. Rs 1500 Operating System License Charges Cash/Cheque/DD
  7. Rs. 3000 for English Improvement Course (applicable to the candidates who are found to be weak in English)

Candidates must take receipts for all payment and preserve all the receipts for claiming any applicable refund.
Documents needed at the time of confirmation of admission are:

  1. 10th standard mark sheet (Original as well as attested copy)
  2. 12th standard mark sheet (Original as well as attested copy)
  3. Graduation mark sheet (Original as well as attested copy). For students whose final year mark sheet is awaited, they need to get a bonafide certificate from their college.
  4. Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate (Original as well as attested copy)
  5. I-Card size recent color photographs (4 Nos.)
  6. Original as well photocopy of valid score card of entrance exam (CMAT/CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/JMET) as mentioned by candidate at the time of ICAP registration.
  7. Caste Certificate
  8. Caste /Tribe Validity Certificate (if applicable)
  9. Non Creamy Layer Certificate (if applicable)
  10. Affidavit of Anti Ragging
  11. Education Gap Certificate (if applicable)
  12. Medical Certificate
  13. Birth Certificate
  14. Copy of valid Passport (Required for International Study Tour. If you do not have the passport then apply immediately for the same to avoid missing the tour)

* – Not appeared for any entrance test hence admission to any course would be subject to having valid score card of any of the AICTE approved entrance tests. These candidates can apply again through the vacant seat process as explained below.

2) Process for Vacant Seats:
Candidates who were unable to register for the first Merit process or those candidates, who could not get admission through the initial merit lists or the ones who would give the May 2014 MAT, may apply to the institute once again for the vacant seat process.

The vacant seat process would begin from 6th May 2014. The interested candidates are required to contact ISBS admission cell on 020-66759421 and speak with Ms. Urmila/Ms. Vandana for details on the process.

3) Reserved Category
Candidates for reserved category are shortlisted on the basis of the candidates indicating in the registration form that they belong to reserved category. Incase candidates fail to mention their reserved category status in the registration form, then such candidates will be considered in the open category and they cannot reverse the status.

Reserved Category candidates who appeared for ICAP and are willing to take admission must note that they may belong to any State in India, and at the time of confirming the seat must possess and submit all up to date Caste Certificates/ Creamy Layer Certificate for the year 2014-15. Candidates, whose certificates have expired prior to the year 2014, are not eligible for admission to Reserved Category Seats, whether belonging to first merit list or waiting list. Such candidates have to submit all relevant documents at the time of admission.

Candidates short listed for Reserved Category, First List, and willing to take admission to ISBS, must contact the institute on or before 15th May 2014, so that their admissions can be confirmed with the payment of first installment of fees, of Rs 1,00,000/-.

4) Commencement of Academic Sessions

ISBS PGDM Academic course will commence from 30th June 2014 and it is mandatory requirement for all students who have confirmed their admission in PGDM course to report on 30th June 2014 (10.00 AM) at following address –
