Outdoor Management Training (OMT) undertakes & explores various challenges, physical tasks and team building exercise for students. It delivers experimental learning and develops strong interpersonal skills.  

ISBS organizes OMT for its student to groom them, experience the challenges and  learn to overcome the hurdles that are coming in the way and by large train them to excel in the corporate environment.

OMT for 2009-11 batch was organized on 1st & 2nd February 2010 at Sinhagad fort. It was done for 180 students in 2 batches with strength of 90 students per batch per day. The students were exposed to Rappelling & Rock climbing with the help of professionals. Students enjoyed the overnight stay at Snehseva (8 Kms before Sinhagad Base) with campfire at night and management games, Antakshary, Mimicry, Dumb Charades etc.
